As part of Telecom Recovery's service a comprehensive Emergency Communications Plan (ECP) is created, both hard copy and soft copy, complete with full-color diagrams. Even before you become a Telecom Recovery customer, we'll work with you to draw up a summary of what your particular ECP could be, including the color diagrams. This will help you better envision what's possible with this solution, and aid in your decision-making process.

Call Volume Spike

An Emergency Information Hotline is an off-site toll-free hotline that employees, customers, and/or constituents can call to get up-to-date information or leave messages during an emergency.

Any time there's more incoming calls than available phone lines or people, a Hotline can quickly alleviate the problem by providing accurate information, instructions, and reassurance without tying up precious resources such as people, cell phones, satellite phones, etc.

Callers can choose from an unlimited selection of messages, which can be quickly recorded and re-recorded from any phone. Voicemail can also be included, with messages stored online for later retrieval and converted to .WAV files for immediate email delivery.
