An Emergency Information Hotline is an off-site toll-free hotline that employees, customers, or constituents can call to get up-to-date information or leave messages during an emergency.

Any time there’s more incoming calls than available phone lines and/or people, a Hotline can quickly alleviate the problem by providing accurate information, instructions, and reassurance without tying up precious resources such as people, cell phones, satellite phones, etc.

Callers can choose from an unlimited selection of messages, which can be quickly recorded from any phone. Voicemail can also be included, with messages stored online for later retrieval and converted to .WAV files for immediate email delivery.
